JioMeet is a secure video conferencing platform designed for seamless collaboration with features like high-quality video calls, and screen sharing tool integration.

 

Initially launched with a basic and incoherent design, the platform's red and green notification system confused users and disrupted their experience. I joined during the redesign phase as a UI/UX Designer, focusing on creating a cohesive Notification Design System. I led the development of a unified design language, selecting user-friendly UX colors, crafting effective UX copy, and adapting designs for various platforms, including desktop, mobile, webRTC, and iPad.

Through extensive user research and iterative testing over eight months, my team and I refined the notification system to enhance user experience and consistency. These improvements significantly boosted user engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ultimately expanding JioMeet's active user base to over 15 million.
